Thank you for taking part in the Aniimo Beta Tests before. Welcome back to Idyll!

If you participated in a previous test and are eligible for test rewards, please read the following instructions carefully to make sure you can claim your rewards.

1. [Recommended] Log in with the email address you used for the tests

To claim your test rewards, please use the same email address you used during the tests to log in to the live game.

Please do not use third-party login options (such as signing in with Google/Gmail). Instead, manually enter your email address, request a verification code, and log in with the code.

2. If you have already used a third-party login, or need to use a different email address

Please follow the instructions below to link your test email address:

- Before creating a character

After logging in with the email address you plan to use for the live game, go to: Login Screen → Account Center → Account Management → Email

Then link the email address you used during the test.

- You have already created a character, but can accept losing your current character

In-game, go to: Settings → Account

Link an unrelated email address in the Mailbox section.

Unlink your third-party account.

Log out, then log in using the email address you used during the test.

Please contact in-game Customer Support for assistance.

- You participated in the Steam tests and received test rewards

Please contact in-game Customer Support for assistance.

3. The account linking/relinking methods above apply not only to the PC version, but also to the Aniimo mobile version and the official Aniimo website.

4. If you log in through a third-party account on the official website or on mobile after September 23

If you log in through a third-party account on the official website, or through a third-party login option on mobile after September 23, you can link your email address directly through the email linking screen shown during your first login.

Please note that this first-time email linking option is only available to new users. If you skip this step, the option cannot be accessed again, and you will need to contact Customer Support for assistance.
