February 2 Update Notice

2026-02-02

Dear Pathfinders,

It has been a week since this round of closed beta began, and we have received a wealth of valuable feedback and suggestions from you all. Your input covers a wide range of areas, including in-game issues, exploration experiences, and progression systems. We sincerely appreciate your ongoing attention, support, and patience.

While actively tracking and fixing in-game issues, we have also carefully reviewed players' actual gameplay experiences. In this update, we have adjusted and optimized several aspects of game content and progression pacing. Our aim is to reduce progression pressure, allowing Pathfinders to better immerse themselves in the world, connect with Aniimo, and enjoy the core gameplay—making your journey through Idyll more relaxed and fulfilling.

For detailed update notes, please see below:

[Optimizations]

1. In response to Pathfinder feedback regarding progression pressure—particularly the difficulty and limited methods of obtaining Aniimo evolution Dewdrop Crystals—we will introduce more gameplay modes in future updates that allow Pathfinders to earn universal Dewdrop Crystals.

During this test round, Dewdrop Crystal items have been temporarily added to Outpost Vendor Joff's shop. Pathfinders can exchange for and purchase various Semi-finished Dewdrop Crystals, then use Primegy to synthesize the corresponding Family-specific Crystals.

2. The [Fun Stamp Collection] event has been optimized: the probability of upgrading Blind Box quality has been adjusted, and the amount of Credits and Experience Gems obtainable from all qualities of Blind Boxes has been raised accordingly. In addition, this week’s Fun Stamp Collection Chest can now be opened earlier, starting Sunday morning.

3. An Epic Carried Item Selection Chest has been added to the Homeland Shop to support Pathfinders focused on Homeland development and ease their progression pressure.

4. The catching experience in high-level areas has been improved by reducing the alert range of Aniimo and increasing their base catch success rates.

5. Combat difficulty for World Alphas and Omegas has been balanced by moderately lowering their damage and defense. Challenge rewards have also been enhanced: opening Alpha chests now additionally grants Carried Items and Runes.

6. Purchase limits for Aniipod, Aniipod Pro, Aniipod Mega, and Tumbler in Outpost Vendor Joff's shop have been increased.

7. Usage prompts have been added for Tumblers. When backpack space falls below 10 slots, tossing will be restricted to prevent item loss due to insufficient inventory space.

8. Exchange rules for Eggshell Coins in the Egg Heist Shop have been adjusted: each week, Pathfinders may now exchange Egg Vouchers and Super Egg Vouchers for Eggshell Coins up to 10 times per voucher type.

9. The skill effect of Baleetle in Operation: Egg Heist mode has been adjusted. After hitting a Pathfinder, the skill will now cause Baleetle to stop moving, reducing negative gameplay experiences.

10. To optimize the PVP experience, rune effects on carried items will not be active in "Operation: Egg Heist" (PVP mode); "Egg Heist: Team Mode" remains unaffected, and carried items will still function normally. We will continue to optimize the PVP combat experience based on testing results.

[Bug Fixes]

1. Fixed an issue where being transported to the Island Area via the Island Aniimo Investigation event could cause the client to freeze or become unresponsive. The event can now be experienced normally. The Island Area will be reopened after updates.

2. Fixed an issue in Operation: Egg Heist mode where Fenmane's skill "Scurry" consumed stamina abnormally.

3. Fixed a rare issue in Operation: Egg Heist mode where Pathfinders' HP bars were not properly blocked by environmental occlusion.

4. Fixed an issue where some new Pathfinders' UIDs were displayed incorrectly.

5. Fixed a rare issue where some new Pathfinders, after twining into Helmut during the "Warrior" quest line, were unable to complete the "Search for the Sword of Bravery" objective.

6. We have discovered some anomalies in Aniimo's skill effects. The relevant fixes are currently being processed and will be updated in-game as soon as they are completed, including:

  • Dwey: Fixed the issue of abnormal range of the ultimate skill "Fragrance Bomb"; fixed the issue of the cooldown time of the skill "Moment of Blossom" not taking effect correctly.
  • Dreaple: Fixed the issue of the skill "Nightmare Devourer" potentially triggering the healing effect twice; fixed the issue of the maximum healing amount still being triggered when the target is not in the "Nightmare" state.
  • Irisalis: Fixed the issue of the clone being triggered by lasers in conjunction with other teammates' skills; fixed the issue of the clone being locked, attacked, and killed; fixed the issue of the laser effect not triggering when releasing the skill "Iris Clone".

We will continue to listen carefully to every piece of feedback and suggestion from our Pathfinders. If you encounter any issues during your adventure, or have new ideas and expectations for the game, please feel free to reach out via in-game customer support or our official community channels.

Your feedback is essential to our ongoing optimization efforts and to the continuous improvement of the game’s quality. Based on your real experiences, we will keep refining future versions of Pathfinder.

Thank you for your support and companionship. We wish you wonderful adventures in Idyll!
