[Optimizations]

1. Glynsera's evolution condition has been improved: Once Fenrier reaches Level 29, the evolution option to Glynsera will automatically unlock, allowing you to choose whether to evolve.

2. The overall combat damage output of high-level Alphas and Omegas has been balanced to provide a more fair and engaging high-level combat experience.

3. The damage dealt by the Alpha Tuckin's roaring skill in Holo-Battle Sim has been reduced to improve overall gameplay balance.

4. New Epic Carried Item Chests have been added as rewards in the Homeland Shop.

5. The freeze time feature in Snapping mode has been temporarily disabled to maintain system stability and ensure a smooth photo-taking experience.

6. The notification display for reward mail received on the main page has been enhanced for better clarity.
